We’ve made a Drone with independent components, bought by ebay (including arduino). We had to modify them to fit as they weren’t supposed to be placed together, hence the drone is considered handcrafted. We used an Android interface in order to connect a Smartphone with our Drone via Bluetooth. Data on our Drone is received through Arduino whose mission connect Android with Drone. It uses accelerometer sensors also, to stabilizate the Drone.

Main idea was to fly it with Leap Motion although we went through serious setbacks that made it impossible within time frame of 30h.

First attempt to fly the drone was frustrated and caused us a big setback, breaking one of the motors:
